RV Park & Resort investment on 230 acres was held up for years due to lack of project water.

DR-24 rig drilled 700 feet into granite from the surface releasing water as predicted starting at 600 feet. Driller reported 140 gpm from small pump truck. Client now contracting for bigger pump test and second well. Water quality showing c. 1000 ppm before well clean out and extensive pumping. Land value just increased by millions as project can move forward.

Driller encountered the cave that had to be sealed off, as seen as the anomaly at 230 feet.

Very small parcel.

"Results are very good, this is a great well and we were lucky to find it on such a small area!"

Client had dug or drilled a dozen wells over the years with only a trickle to show for it. This was the last attempt before selling.

Our land is very dry. In the past we had to watch not to pump too much water from our old well and we would only let it trickle out to save water. So hoping to find large amounts of water felt like a miracle. 

"We had the pump turned on all night, it kept overflowing our tank and it's still pouring out. It's a very, very good well!"

The old well is shallow and tested high rates of Arsenic.

This well produced 80-100 gpm after reaching water at 320 feet. The driller reports 300 gpm after going to 340 feet depth. Static head is just 10 feet below the surface. Water analysis shows TDS of only 180 ppm. In other words, this is an amazing well with abundant and excellent, pure water!

The deeper we drilled, the higher the flow: when  to decide that the abundance of water is enough?

"We are celebrating! We completed after the extra 40ft and the well test was at over 80 gpm! This is a grand celebration of life. As water is life and a testament of abundance."

Justify drilling deeper to get better flow vs saving money.

"The driller went to the top of the fracture releasing past 330 feet, as estimated, but unfortunately stopped before potential massive release at c. 500 feet.  At the cost of drilling these days, I can’t fault the driller for stopping when sufficient volume of 35 gpm was being produced for the 10-acre property."

Shallow water is very hard to find in that area.

The RAP lines revealed this is a highly fractured zone! It explains how we could find shallow water at both neighbouring properties.

Tough area to find good wells.

Very impressive how Mark and his team covered the whole property and could find exactly where to drill on such a large area! The pumping rate is really good, but had the driller been willing to go deeper, there was much greater potential.

Some neighbors had drilled dry bores.

Client said "Ryan is incredibly knowledgeable. Drilling is so expensive! I can't imagine drilling a well without Ryan telling me where to do it. Would recommend him any day!"

Property required a well in a cold-semi arid desert environment.

Client lived in Cochise County and wanted to start a family-run avocado farm.

Area is known for saline wells.

This was a small property with a home and farm that needed a new and sustainable well behind their shop.

Tough area to find good wells.

The driller for the client said "This is truly incredible, Ryan! We hit 60gpm at 320'!" The client was totally amazed at the results as this was a challenging area to find a good well.

Preliminary map indicted there were multiple site possibilities.

Pal Pauer had predicted where to find a good well site and we ended up at the same spot!

"Drillers went to 160', achieved 25gpm and wanted to stop, feeling that was plenty. I talked them into going another 20' and the flow was much more than 60gpm at the 180' you originally predicted."

Most wells in area are low GPM.

Located a well site on edge of hill in an area of Lewis Flats, CA, a place known according to the locals, for "no water".

Drillers said "It's the best well we have drilled out here in the last 40 years! We found a lot of water—about double what we hit at 100', thank you so much!"
